Photography Services Information

Location and Availability

We are based in Toowoomba, QLD. However, our services extend to nearby areas, Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. If you're interested in booking us for these locations, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional travel costs that may apply.

Pricing and Packages

The prices we list are for services at one location. We offer various packages to suit different schedules, so please choose the one that best fits your timeline. If you require services at multiple locations, please note that this may involve additional time and could incur extra charges.

Payment Terms

To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit upfront. The remaining 80% is to be paid the day before the scheduled shoot. This ensures everything is in place and allows us to focus on providing you with the best service possible.

  • Photo Delivery Timeline

    After your photo shoot, you can expect to receive your images within two weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress and notify you when your photos are ready for download.

    Updates and Notifications

    • Post-Shoot Updates: We will provide updates on the editing process shortly after your shoot.

    • Download Notification: Once your images are ready, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to download them.

  • To lock in your date and time, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. when booking. The final 80% is due no later than 48 hours before your shoot.

    This helps us keep your spot secured and allows us to plan and prepare the best experience for you.

  • Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes at the location before your scheduled session so you have time to settle in, get comfortable, and make any last-minute adjustment.

    Get yourself and your family ready, come relaxed, and enjoy the experience!

    If Children are joining, you’re welcome to bring their favourite toys or comfort items to help them feel happy during the shoot.

    You can also bring along any special props or personal items you’d love to include in your photos - we’ll help you make them part of your story.
